ICONMA, LLC Manufacturing Process Engineer in United States

Description: Are you ready to drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing? We're seeking a talented Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop and implement cutting-edge processes, procedures, and production layouts. If you're passionate about leveraging new technologies and optimizing manufacturing, this is the role for you! Key Duties:

  • Collaborate to develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.

  • Drive adoption of new technologies (automation, robotics, CAM software) for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.

  • Create and analyze 3D model data to optimize manufacturing processes and digital work instructions.

  • Define operations procedures and build sequences to achieve operational excellence.

  • Evaluate equipment and tool performance, initiate corrective actions for problems and deficiencies.

  • Develop statistical process control approaches and integrate data analytics for continuous improvement.

  • Provide input on product design to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.

    Required Experience:

  • Active secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years or CE enrollment required

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment working cross-functionally with disciplines like industrial engineering, planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and production planning.

  • Experience with manufacturing processes and procedures, including fabrication and machining, composites, metallics, bonded assemblies, and installations.

  • Previous experience with lean manufacturing and process improvements.

  • Experience with MRP systems, SAP, or other Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications.

  • "First time build" experience in product development.

  • Proficiency in Catia V5.

  • Composites or fabrication experience.

  • Aviation experience.
