Description

ACE Group is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that provides unique expertise in the operational application of current and future airborne weapons systems, with an emphasis on lethality and survivability in the Battlespace.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage risk tools for effective us by teams.

  • Manages the risk process for multiple large programs.

  • Serves as advisor at IPT and program RMB meetings.

  • Maintains the PRP and risk register.

  • Provides risk management training.

  • Facilitate Working Groups with IPT/Teams to capture new risk, issues and opportunities, and update Mitigation, Corrective Action, and/or Opportunity Management Plans.

  • Completes an initial screening of risks, issues and opportunities.

  • Prepares risk briefings, reports, and documents required for program reviews.

Requirements

Education/ Experience

  • BS or BA degree from an accredited college or more than 6 years of recent and relevant experience.

  • 4+ years' experience Program Risk Management Experience

Desired:

4+ years' experience Navy Acquisition Processes/DoD Instruction 5000.02

  • 4+ years' experience Navy Weapons Systems Acquisition

  • Highly motivated and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced, schedule constrained, and complex security environment

  • Team-oriented self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflict in a constructive manner, and produce quality products efficiently

  • Strong conceptual thinking and innovation skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and public presentation skills

  • US citizenship with Active Top Secret clearance
