ManTech Management Analyst III in United States

ManTech is seeking a Management Analyst to help support our current Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) contract out of Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develops, analyzes, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.

  • Provide administrative support to the PMO, including scheduling, team coordination, and knowledge management for ad hoc questions.

  • Serve as a PMO liaison with project teams to troubleshoot issues that arise.

  • Assist PMO in the development of comprehensive resource-loaded project baselines.

  • Track and assist with subcontract activities and liaison to project teams for the development and execution of subcontracts.

  • Meet with various teams on a regular basis for progress updates to monitor/track/analyze contract and sub-contract actions.

  • Track and produce quarterly/monthly/ad hoc updates of progress and ceiling analysis to key stakeholders.

  • Create, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.

  • Input, edit, retrieve, format, and transmit diverse reports and documents utilizing computer databases, spreadsheets, communications with accuracy.

  • Participate in quarterly budget reviews and resource reconciliation across multiple classifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of experience supporting program and project management activities to include the following:

  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a knowledge management lead.

  • Experience reviewing contracts.

  • Telecommute 100%

  • Travel less than 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willing and eager to learn financial principles, theories, and practices conducted by the USMC.

  • DoD Financial Management Certification or DAWIA (Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act) Certification or Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

Clearance Requirement:

  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds including laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
