Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning & Accounts Director to join our Venue Development Construction Team at Live Nation. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing global financial management , customizing reporting to communicate financial insights, conducting comprehensive financial analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives . The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the construction or entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities:

Global Financial Management:

  • Oversee global financial consolidation processes, ensuring all financial data is accurately captured and tracked against projections.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all financial affairs, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to manage cash flow reconciliation efficiently.

    Customized Reporting:

  • Develop standardized and ad-hoc reports to communicate financial results, project updates, and strategic insights to stakeholders.

  • Customize reports to meet audience preferences and information requirements, ensuring clarity and relevance.

  • Implement automated report generation and distribution processes to streamline communication and enhance efficiency.

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including ROI calculations, cash flow projections, and risk assessments.

  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management based on financial analysis and industry trends.

    Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, in-house design and arts personnel, and Strategy and Operations teams.

  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to executive management in a clear and understandable manner.

    Performance Monitoring and KPIs:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the financial performance of music venues.

  • Regularly monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial objectives .

  • Implement performance tracking systems to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

    Corrective and Continuous Improvement:

  • Review existing workflow processes and provide corrective actions where necessary to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

  • Develop and implement recommended plans for existing workforce, supplementing where necessary to meet project demands.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience ( 10 years) in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably within the construction or entertainment industry.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including GAAP and financial modeling techniques.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights to executive management.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

$132,000.00 USD - $165,000.00 USD

The expected compensation for this position in Colorado is:
