Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Journeyman Procurement Specialist.

Qualified candidates will be expected to:

  • Provide overall management of operations and maintenance of the AIM.

  • Support CISA’s Contracting Officers in the COCO with day-to-day contract award and management activities.

  • Perform and manage multiple procurement support functions and tasks.

  • Conduct independent research and analyze contract and financial data.

  • Communicate with CISA’s CO/CSs and program office personnel to ensure work is being completed.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check

  • Ability to obtain, and maintain, agency clearance

  • A minimum of ten years of demonstrated experience operating databases and performing queries using MS Access, Excel, SharePoint and TEAMS.

  • A minimum of five years Government procurement experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
