We are seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to join our team at Texas A&M University in College Station. This role is dynamic and involves a mix of technical, managerial, and communication skills. You will collaborate with leadership to plan, develop, and implement programs, ensuring seamless operations and administration. Familiarity with ITIL processes, project management, and business analysis will be crucial in driving our initiatives. Your ability to develop business relationships - within Technology Services and across university departments - is essential to compel others to act. What You’ll Do:
IT Service Management: Assist in development and establishment of the IT Service Management program, processes, and procedures.
Operations Management: Research and recommend system monitoring tools, oversee fiscal and purchasing activities, and track progress adjusting programs as needed.
Reporting and Documentation: Develop and oversee State/Federal reports, conduct analyses and surveys, and recommend metrics to demonstrate business value.
Outreach and Communication: Facilitate meetings across technical, functional, and project teams, create and facilitate presentations and documentation.
Salary Range: is $60,000 - $80,000 annually based on education and experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience
Proficiency with Microsoft applications required and mapping technology such as Visio preferred
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and business relationship management skills
Knowledge of ITIL and data and business analysis experience preferred
Prefer any of the following certifications: ITIL Foundation, PMP, Prosci Change Practitioner, and/or CCBA
