The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Job Summary:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement automated solutions to improve SDLC and DevSecOps processes.

• Evaluate, enhance, design, and develop IT standards, polices, and procedures

• Collaborate with stakeholders on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and controlling weaknesses

• Support a variety of test engineering activities to ensure that solutions are automated, integrated, controls are met, and metrics are produced.

• Conduct analysis, reviews, audits, inspections, and investigations relative to standards, policies, and procedures

• Implement automated control observability and compliance verification

• Implement training plans related to standards and governance, including establishment of training curriculum, assignment, records management, and compliance monitoring and reporting

• Automate operational processes in compliance with security standards

• Create documentation such as user guides and training materials

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience process reengineering, driving and delivering automation of manual processes

• Must have experience within a large, highly matrixed organization with recent work related to standards and governance

• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience interpreting and applying one or more recognized, related compliance and/or risk management regulations and frameworks

• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules

• Experience with continuous testing tools and solutions

• Experience in a DevOps role

• Experience in software development and infrastructure as code (IaC) is a plus

• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile/SAFe, waterfall, test-driven development

• Understanding of regulatory environment and compliance concerns in a financial organization

• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance

• Ability to learn and adapt to new capabilities/tools based on business needs

• Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization, and be viewed as a team player

• Ability to influence and garner support from cross-functional teammates

• Experience in leveraging monitoring and observability tools

• Strong technical documentation skills

• Strong presentation skills

• Effective use of collaboration tools, such as MS Teams, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint

• Working Knowledge of office tools Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Access Database and SQL skills a plus

• Familiarity with:

• Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins, TFS, Azure DevOps, Tekton)

• Scripting languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, Groovy, Bash.

• Docker/Kubernetes

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $119K - $148K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
