What We Are Looking For:

The Sales Account Manager I will help us achieve the defined long-term organizational strategic goals, build customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. In this role, you will manage existing clients, uncover new opportunities within your base of accounts, and ensure that we are meeting our client’s communication needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary account owner for a book of 150+ existing accounts

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business and identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional Bandwidth product

  • Minimise churn across your portfolio by building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple contacts at each account

  • Drive revenue generation and development of strategic partnerships

  • Master a healthy Sales funnel and ensure forecast accuracy +/- 6%

  • Achieve assigned team quota for new revenue growth within accounts

  • Proficient in Value Selling Methodology and detailed account plans

  • Mentorship of other Sales AMs

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of sales and business development experience

  • 1+ year experience in Account Management

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

Bonus Points:

  • Significant experience in SaaS and/or CPaaS sales is strongly preferred
