Job Title: Integrative Nurse Practitioner/Doctor of Nurse Practice 

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 

Compensation: Salary Depending on Experience 

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, PTO, 401k, etc…) 

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays! 

Position Overview: 

The Integrative Nurse Practitioner at Envita Medical Center serves as a pivotal figure in orchestrating holistic patient care on the floor. Working closely with other healthcare professionals, this role integrates nursing expertise with advanced clinical knowledge to optimize patient outcomes. Reporting directly to their assigned Team Lead Physician for medical concerns and the Assistant Physician Manager for non-medical matters, the Integrative Nurse Practitioner ensures seamless coordination of care. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform comprehensive charting, task management, and daily review of patient labs to facilitate tailored treatments for all patients on the floor.  

  • Provide oversight for day-to-day patient care activities, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans.  

  • Collaborate closely with the Oversight Physician to develop and execute patient care strategies and case management approaches. 

  • Work collaboratively with the Nursing team to address patient concerns, enhance care delivery, and promote patient well-being. 

  • Assume a leadership role in managing emergency situations on the floor, employing advanced clinical skills and critical thinking. 

  • Conduct patient care research and contribute findings to Tumor Board meetings, fostering a culture of continuous learning and interdisciplinary collaboration. 

  • Contribute to the creation of a healing environment for patients and staff, fostering empathy, compassion, and a sense of community within the healthcare setting. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Must have an unrestricted valid NP license 

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more 

  • Must have superb training with medical reasoning 

  • Must be cheerful and exude positive energy that helps patients feel you are caring for them. 

  • Must have a positive attitude in addition to having leadership skills and abilities 

  • Must have an ownership spirit who wants to excel at their position 

  • Must be able to work and function with ease on a computer 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Integrative Medicine Certification 

  • Emergency Medicine Training or Experience 

  • BLS Certification
