We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join our Financial Crimes Solutions Implementation team. Implementation coordinators are customer-centric, driven, highly organized, and love to delight our customers. Coordinators deliver excellent customer experiences by taking them from a signed contract through to full product utilization in an efficient, well-documented manner which keeps the customer feeling informed and prepared to utilize our products upon completion of their project. In addition to strong technical acumen, this position requires strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Candidates should be self-starters, have excellent organizational skills, and have a continuous improvement mindset. This position will be filled to work Remotely within the United States.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serves as a leader and resource for the installation team members.

  • Prepares customer for implementation. Conducts readiness reviews, ensuring all aspects of setup are complete.

  • Establishes guidelines/time-frames to ensure a successful installation. Ensures milestones are met. Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary.

  • May interact with project manager.

  • Exercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful installation.

  • Troubleshoots issues once implementation is complete.

  • Conducts exit reviews. Documents issues, ensuring they are not repeated in subsequent conversions.

  • May train installation team personnel.

  • May reinforce training to customers and/or provide guidance in training customer personnel.

  • May participate in new release activities.

  • May identify items that are outside the scope of a standard installation and participate in project activities related to those items.

  • May participate in sales turnover meetings to schedule and determine the scope of the project.

  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

    What you’ll need to have:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Systems Administration, or within a financial institution.

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years in software implementation or technical support experience.

  • Experience in SQL, ability to write SQL statements and navigate databases.

  • Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

    What would be nice for you to have:

  • Experience in banking, accounting software systems, or healthcare patient management systems.

  • Knowledge in Jack Henry products and services.
