Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (gn)

team: Internal IT of SoftwareOne

pensum: full time | location: India, Poland, Germany, other SoftwareOne legal locations (optional) | working model: remote or hybrid

The role

• Acquire industry-standard certifications.

• Manage cyber and technology risks.

• Respond to RFPs and acquire customer approvals.

• Supervise Service critical metrics and SLAs.

• Maintain knowledge of Risk Advisory, Security Compliance, and Cyber Threat Intelligence.

• Collaborate with the Security Services Delivery Team.

• Be responsible for the Organizational Change Process and Approval Board.

• Review resource utilization and implement succession planning.

• Lead all aspects of operational strategies and learning roadmaps.

• Develop strategies for resource planning and utilization.

What we need to see from you

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 8+ years in Governance, Risk, & Compliance management for large organizations.

• Experience in secure coding, pen testing, and vulnerability management.

• Knowledge of audit principles and handling Corrective & Preventative Actions (CAPA).

• Familiarity with IT security policy, procedure, design, and implementation.

• In-depth knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance tools.

• Familiarity with security models such as ITIL, ISO, PCI DSS, and Cobit 5.

• ITIL, ISO27001, 27701, 27017 certifications are a benefit.

• Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (or equivalent formal training/ work experience).
