HealthFitness is looking for substitute/as-needed/on-call Group Class Instructors to join the fitness team at our client site located in East Providence, RI.

In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in the program such as dance, kickboxing, stretch, boot camp, circuit, etc. This is a position teaching regularly scheduled weekly classes and potentially working on an as-needed basis depending on scheduling. Other possible locations include Lincoln, Providence, Cranston, Narragansett, Warwick, and more!

Classes take place Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00AM - 3:00PM

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation $35-$40/class, based on qualifications and experience.
