About the Role:

As an experienced Graphic Designer, you will create and maintain marketing assets & content that promote our products and events. From concept through execution, you will improve our customer experience by bringing the OPIS brand to life across digital, mobile, video, and print platforms. In addition to improving the attractiveness of our marketing materials, you will improve UX, ensure brand consistency, and achieve measurable results. You will report to the OPIS Product Marketing Director.

You Will:

  • Bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for arresting images

  • Brainstorm and absorb ideas from business partners in Sales, News and Product, then use your creativity to improve these ideas and make them more visual, attractive, and persuasive

  • Collaborate with marketing team to support website design, creation of HTML email efforts, web banner ads, landing pages, social media graphics, and sales enablement collateral

  • Design and produce content marketing assets, including infographics, data visualizations, white papers, case studies, videos, logos, and trade show graphics

  • Create design templates for our marketing team which will allow them to be more efficient in their promotional efforts via all channels

  • Create assets for web marketing that display well and provide a great user experience on mobile, tablet and desktop environments

  • Meet other design needs such as sales presentations, trade show signage and materials, and premium items

  • Source stock imagery and maintain the internal library of creative design items and marketing collateral on Google Drive

  • Stay informed on evolving design styles and technology

You Have:

  • 2-3 years’ design and production experience at a B2B company

  • Experience setting design direction in instances where none has been given

  • Followed art direction well and have been able to adapt existing creatives to other projects

  • Experience working with multiple partners across various cultures, global locations, and time zones

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Acrobat

  • General knowledge of WordPress, HTML, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office

  • College degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with PremierPro, AfterEffects, and MediaEncoder (a plus)

  • Animation and video skills (a plus)

Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000
