V2X FSET-Management Analyst in United States

Overview

Responsible for supporting Program Manager and FRD FSET staff, providing coordination between FSET personnel and government support functions such as reporting, training, and accounts management. Serves as a staff member within the Program Management Office (PMO) interfacing with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Managers, United States government officials, and the customer as necessary. Coordinates support for operational personnel and assists the government staff with required reports and coordination. Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a liaison between the Program Management Office and the NAVWAR Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD).

  • Works with PMO staff and COR to ensure government requirements are met in a timely manner.

  • Attends Management meetings as required to provide support in areas of training, operational reporting, and database management.

  • Assists the Program Manager and FRD staff, providing support in developing reports and presentations.

  • Assists the FRD staff and FSET Program Manager with the program database used for reporting to the government. Produces necessary queries and report, assists in normalizing data, ensures data integrity.

  • Assists the FRD staff and AOR Leads with maintenance of reports and documents stored on a government SharePoint site. Assists with maintenance of required accounts.

  • Assists FRD with other support functions as requested, such as NMCI account creation and maintenance.

  • Formulates operating processes and procedures.

  • Fosters and maintains good working relations with the customer.

  • Presents oral and written reports (including Power Point presentations), develop charts to track operations, and make recommendations to Management and the customer as needed.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management Information Systems, Business or related field highly desired

  • 2+ years experience of office administration and/or database development/documentation

  • 2+ years work on a DoD or in support of a federal contract highly desired

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint highly desired

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to produce documentation is required
