Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst (Junior Trade Compliance Analyst) Department: Operations, Finance Reports To: Senior Manager, Customs and Trade Compliance Summary:

• We are searching for a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our Trade Compliance team.

• The Junior Financial Analyst will be responsible for helping prepare monthly reports, conduct analysis, and support with customs duties and import-export data.

• When required support Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, country of origin assessment, valuation, and other customs issues.

• This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong academic background in finance or supply chain and a genuine interest in international trade to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Manage various import and export reporting in SAP, Excel, and Power BI.

• Design, develop, and maintain compelling and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide a clear and concise view of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.

• Support with product classification and country of origin determination

• Maintain Master Data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and compliance of key data elements such as country of origin and classification.

• Maintain recordkeeping of import/export transactions, utilizing internal systems and databases to manage compliance data effectively.

• Audit Entries and calculate Key Performance Indicators.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or supply chain, or International Business, or related field

• 2 years of experience with import and/or export, or customs brokerage activities or financial analysis role or in global supply chain.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas and functions)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment that values collaboration efforts.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

• Take Initiatives to improve processes and implement solutions independently.

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

  Bonus Points For:

• SAP Experience is a plus.

• Experience with import/export compliance software is a plus.

• Experience with Customs regulations and procedures is a definite advantage.
