Finance, FP&A Director

Job Description

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes

• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and functional leadership on the business side and frequently communicate with them

• Provide the business management team with insightful decision support and drive executive level ad hoc financial analysis as required

• Model for various scenarios, run sensitivity analyses

• Direct the overall process for AOP on the designated product groups

• Collaborate with the internal accounting team in the monthly close process, financial reporting, and preparation of GAAP financial statements

• Manage and perform special projects

• Manage a designated FP&A function team

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A department or business planning department of a global operating company in Japan or FP&A department of a foreign manufacturing company.

• Experience in reporting to overseas headquarters or working overseas

The FP&A function under the CFO is being strengthened to expand business areas and further globalization. As part of the enhancement, we are looking for a Director-level FP&A person who can work globally using his/her expertise as an FP&A person.
