Job Summary We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Field Engineers who will be responsible for delivering technical support, conducting installations, and performing repairs and maintenance of IT equipment at client sites. This role requires a blend of technical prowess, customer service excellence, and the ability to work independently in various environments. Job Description: Key Responsibilities

• Implement and Support Audio Visual communication solutions

• Set up, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards for events and functions such as meetings, meeting rooms, presentations

• General hardware break/fix to include diagnostics and troubleshooting to Audio/Visual (AV) equipment

• Troubleshooting and software issues to maintain business continuity of AV systems

• Diagnose, and troubleshoot peripheral equipment and handhelds to AV equipment

• Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of A/V hardware problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions

• Diagnose and correct multi-media system issues

• Monitor sound feeds to ensure quality

• Ensure equipment is installed according to designated layout

• Test and resolve equipment issues

  Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum Experience: 3 years

• Understanding of IP Video, video production and live streaming principles

• Skype for Business Video conferencing

• Crestron, Amp, Speaker, Projector, TV, Microphone integration principles

• Audio and video conferencing techniques

  Must Have:

• amp, speaker, projector, tv, microphone integration principes, A/V and teleconferencing/video conferencing systems, Crestron

• IP Video understanding

• skype for business
