Audi of Minneapolis is seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive finance process, a proven track record in F&I management, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for securing financing for customers, offering aftermarket products, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Finance and Insurance department, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Build strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.

  • Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, maintenance plans, and other aftermarket offerings.

  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Train and mentor sales staff on F&I processes and products to enhance dealership performance.

  • Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through the completion of the sale.

  • Monitor and report on F&I performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.

  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

    Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required.

  • Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus.

  • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
