Internship Overview

We’re on the lookout for Operations Interns for academic credit this upcoming fall semester who:

• Will be graduating within a year with a bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, data science, computer science, information technology, or related field

• Have a strong career interest in company operations

• Are organized and detail-oriented with a take-ownership attitude

• Possess strong analytical and interpretation skills that study, evaluate given data, and extract relevant information

• Enjoy interacting with people and have a track record of working successfully in a team-based environment

• Want an exciting internship opportunity for school credit, with potential for future full-time employment

Specific Responsibilities

The Operations Intern will shadow our operations team and provide support in areas where they most need it. These areas vary and may include:

• Providing operational support to the Project Management, Business Operations, and Office Services teams

• Assisting the operations group with ad-hoc data clean-up projects

• Preparing materials for monthly utilization and billability review meetings

• Assistance on generating reports for various stakeholders

• Understanding Oracle’s NetSuite and OpenAir along with Adobe’s Workfront and ProofHQ

• Intermediate Excel experience required and database experience a plus

• Responsible for organizing multiple data files with attention to detail

• Understanding data integrity while helping the team identify and resolve discrepancies with the data
