Sales & Business Development: · Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase event sales. · Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. · Conduct sales calls, site tours, and presentations to potential clients. · Proactively reach out to companies planning to attend conventions in Las Vegas, ideally 6 months in advance, to secure event bookings. · Establish partnerships with hotel concierges to drive referrals and increase event bookings. · Develop strategies to attract fundraisers, corporate events, and other special occasions to the lounge. 2. Event Coordination: · Manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management. · Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions. · Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless event execution. 3. Customer Service: · Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the event planning process. · Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise before, during, and after events. · Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. 4. Administration: · Prepare and manage event contracts, invoices, and other documentation. · Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details. · Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies. 5. Marketing & Promotion: · Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance. · Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to reach potential clients. · Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to increase visibility and drive sales. · Engage with local community to raise awareness and generate interest in the lounge's event offerings. This includes attending local community events and visiting local businesses. 6. Community Engagement: · Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations. · Attend community events and networking functions to promote the lounge and its event capabilities. · Partner with local influencers and community leaders to drive awareness and bookings. Qualifications Skills: · Ability to work nights and weekends · Must be able to work a full-time schedule based on the restaurant’s business needs and operational requirements. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Able to attend lengthy events and navigate large, crowded areas to interact with clients, vendors and others for extended periods of time and lift and carry up to 35 lbs. as needed, · Must have a courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers Hours and full-time schedule are not guaranteed. Pay Range: $50,000 to $60,000 base salary * commission * Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including experience.
