We’re looking for an Equipment Scheduler to join our team based in Braeside.

What you'll do:

  • You'll be responsible for the selection of the most appropriate equipment that fulfils the needs of the customer.

  • Acting on a daily basis having Safety as a key priority for our business, employees, customers and contractors.

  • Utilizing the Order Fulfilment technology to aid in the most appropriate equipment that also minimizes any additional costs to Aggreko.

  • Validates that the final equipment/package selection will fully meet the requirements of the customer.

  • Liaises with Customer Service Representatives and sales to ensure any variations are understood, communicated and recharged appropriately.

  • Allocates fleet to the job, allowing technicians to pick the identified fleet and prepare for the job

To thrive in this role, you'll have the following skills and experience:

  • 3 years of proven experience as an Equipment Scheduler in a technical role.

  • Technical background with experience in the provision of power and Temperature solutions with varying levels of complexity.

  • PC literary in a Microsoft environment and ERP system.

  • Proven Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions.

  • Excellent inter-personal skills Collaborative style with decisive, results-oriented approach.

  • Ability to self-direct and self-manage.
