Job Description

岗位职责

1、根据公司及车间管理制度，负责全厂仪表的日常维修和维护，包括巡回检查、卫生清扫、仪表校验等工作，对故障仪表及时维修、调校并投运；

2、加强仪表设备的维护保养，消除跑冒滴漏现象，保持作业现场整洁，文明生产；

3、严格执行交接班制度，做好各项记录，交班要为接班者创造安全生产的良好条件；

4、负责提出仪表备品、备件的需求计划和材料计划；

5、制定定期维护工作计划，做好相应记录并保管；

6、对DCS/PLC等控制系统进行定期清扫，负责仪表的防尘防水，对系统本身与现场仪表连接故障进行处理，对系统的可调节参数进行设定；

7、熟知所管辖区域仪表相关的电气和有毒有害物质的安全知识；

8、严格执行PM计划，及时发现并消除安全生产隐患；

9、完成上级领导安排的其他工作事项。

1、全日制大专及以上学历，测控技术及仪表、过程自动化、等相关专业

2、5年以上石油、化工企业现场仪表调试、维护工作经验。

1）熟练掌握流量、压力、温度、物位、在线分析仪、控制阀等仪表原理和检维修知识，具备较强的故障分析判断和动手能力；

2）熟悉DCS、SIS、PLC等控制系统的系统结构、工作原理和应用操作；

3）熟悉仪表维护检修规程及相关的国家和行业标准及规范。

4、特种作业操作证：危险化学品安全作业—化工自动化控制仪表作业

5、熟练使用MS office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）

6、能够阅读并理解本专业英文资料，如能用英语作为工作语言更佳。
