Overview:

The Director at Product Connections will support the business portfolio, which is comprised of over 20 different Retail Banners where Food and Alcohol Sampling is executed by the Product Connections staff. The majority of the director’s time will be spent with their direct reports responsible for the field operations team focused on improving execution and activation in Retail accounts.

• Travel 50%+ of schedule developing, training, and improving talent, execution and relationships

Qualifications:

• Four-year degree and two years of multi-unit responsibility

• Six years of multi-unit responsibility if no degree

• Food handling and Food safety experience to include Alcohol compliance requirements

• Previous experience leading teams and managing teams in public-facing environments

• Proven leader with a track record of developing talent, creating talent pipelines
