Delivery Manager, Offshore Teams for Aon Business Services

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from an office in Hammonton, NJ, or Lake Mary, FL. We may consider a Virtual (work from home) role within the eastern United States for a strong applicant.

What the day will look like

As a key member of Aon Business Services, the Delivery Manager, Offshore Teams is part of a team that delivers expanded operational capabilities to the Consumer Solutions team. Engaged in a mix of project management, leadership, and deep process knowledge, this role collaborates closely with leaders on the Consumer Solutions team to enhance operational capacity leveraging offshore teams. You will provide full lifecycle oversight from process onboarding to production target oversight, and adherence to service level agreements. This role includes indirect/helix management and coordinating with internal departments to meet organizational goals. This role may also support other projects throughout the year.

  • Interface with internal teams as subject matter expert on offshore team capabilities

  • Be a connector across the organization, developing strong working relationships with internal partners

  • Work with internal partners to identify offshore growth opportunities

  • Ensure all process transition tollgates are met on schedule

  • Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics and KPIs

  • Quickly resolve production and/or quality concerns

  • Work with offshore team to identify future capacity needs

  • Address performance issues with offshore team, and work to resolution.

  • Identify and mitigate risk where possible, and escalate where necessary

  • Assembles documentation and other reporting information

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams

  • Proven project management experience

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel

  • Prior management experience (Preferred)

  • Understanding of voluntary benefits (Preferred)

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience

    Pay Transparency:

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $55,000 – $74,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

    This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
