CRM Implementation Engineer Location: New York, NY Hybrid Work: 2 -3 days/ week onsite work Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assessing current systems, proposing solutions, negotiating new systems, implementing new systems, providing documentation, and training, and working within the existing CRM system. The candidate will also be responsible for gathering information to find the best CRM fit for the company. Responsibilities:

• Assess current systems and propose solutions for CRM integration.

• Provide hands-on architecture and development experience in CRM integration projects.

• Assist with negotiating new CRM systems and vendors.

• Implement new CRM systems and integrations.

• Provide documentation and training for CRM systems and integrations.

• Work within the existing CRM system to improve processes and integrations.

• Gather information to find the best CRM fit for the company.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful CRM integrations.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in CRM integration and development.

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and integration tools.

• Strong knowledge of CRM best practices and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
