Location: Plano, TX / Chicago, IL Required Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in software development and a firm understanding of SDLC (software development lifecycle).

• Technical experience with Copilot in Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code and Eclipse (.Net, Java, Python)

• Proficient at creating and organizing content using Confluence and Sharepoint.

• Experience developing documentation, knowledge articles, create instructions, guidelines, and "canned" customer responses

• Works effectively independently with the ability to lead and influence with and without direct authority

• Strong time management skills to deliver high quality work for multiple projects while meeting deadlines

• Strong learning capability and enjoys learning new tools and technologies

  Desired Skills:

• Experience with work management tools such as Atlassian Jira

• Technical experience in using Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment [CI/CD] tools (e.g. Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, XLR, Tower)

• Technical experience with writing SQL queries and working with BI tools as a means to support ad hoc analysis and improvements
