Responsibilities:

The Contract Biller Specialist is the key link between the Dealership and Dealership Accounting. This position is an entry level position that focuses on dealership and DMV functions that support the operations of the Dealership. In most cases the Specialist will sit within the Dealership. Successful individuals will build strong relationships with department leads and quickly gain business and automotive acumen. High performers will work with the Dealership to track key performance indicators that drive financial performance.

  • Responsible for efficiently processing all contract-related document associated with the purchase and sale of new and used vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate completion and communication.

  • Process all Car Deals daily

  • Review and ensure accuracy of all incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax in each deal

  • Pull warranties and gaps from the deal for processing including cancellations

  • Process all Payoffs on trades as soon as possible, including any payoff differences

  • Process and follow all necessary steps for rollbacks

  • Review sales documents, such as sales contracts, service contracts, GAP to ensure proper completion and accuracy.

  • Post funding, retail and lease finance contracts to appropriate accounting schedules.

  • Reconcile and balance designated accounts and schedules and identify any discrepancies.

  • Process trade-ins, voids and unwind deals.

  • Responsible for schedules

    Qualifications:

  • Dealership Experience (preferred)

  • Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred)

  • A critical thinker and effective time manager.

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

    High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
