Job Description

The College of Business (Department of Management and Marketing) seeks candidates for a full-time, Clinical Assistant Professor of Business Law beginning in Fall 2024.

Salary: $65,000 (9 months)

Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate courses in Business Law and/or other courses as needed by the department.

  • Teach a variety of courses including employment law, international business law, and ethical decision-making.

  • Experience teaching in multiple modalities (online, day, evening) and have evidence of effective teaching at the university level.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must have earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree by August 2024.

  • The candidate must have 18 graduate hours in every field in which they will teach.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Active Law License

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Quality performance will be expected in teaching and service.

  • Knowledge in working with non-traditional populations and those with experience practicing law.
