AON Client Executive - FSG National in United States

  • Placement and Client Management role in the Financial Services Group (FSG) department

  • Service a portfolio of clients through the delivery of Financial Lines Insurance solutions and consulting services

    Client Executive – FSG National

    The FSG National team is responsible for the broking strategy and placement of all financial lines business across Aon’s Mid-Market Private and Listed Clients.

    This would be a parental leave cover role - to maintain Aon’s high service standards on this portfolio of financial institution, mid-market and National complex accounts. The goal is to further advance Aon’s standing as the market-leader in the Professional & Financial Lines Insurance space.

    This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Sydney/Melbourne offices.

    What the day will look like

    You will be responsible for:

  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience primarily across financial institutions, professions and mid-market complex placements

  • Assisting the National team with advice regarding their clients’ insurance programs and placing their financial lines covers

  • Designing appropriate servicing and risk management solutions

  • Identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within the designated portfolio

  • Continual business development within new and existing accounts to cross-sell the full spectrum of Aon services

  • Providing market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleagues

  • Managing essential interface with Client Service Support, Claims and Broking teams.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • A broking or underwriting background, ideally with financial lines placement experience

  • Experience managing your own client portfolio or ability to demonstrate your client service or consultancy capabilities

  • A strong pro-active, resourceful, and persistent approach to business development

  • First-class communication, report writing, and presentation skills

  • An innovative and collaborative approach, with a team player attitude

  • Drive and passion to succeed and develop as an individual.
