  • Describe a major EHR system implementation project you have led, with a focus on the replacement of an existing system with Epic. Detail your role in the project, the challenges you faced, the strategies you employed to overcome them, and the outcomes of the project in terms of improvements in operational efficiency, patient care, and data management.
