We are currently looking for CLI's  (community Living instructor). 

Description:

Community Living Instructors provide necessary instruction to participants as well as to assist them with maintaining their independence and safety in the community.

Qualifications:

0-6 months of experience providing care or teaching living skills to others. This experience can be paid, unpaid, or volunteer experience.

A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others. If no experience can be demonstrated; A Bright Future, inc will hold mandatory trainings prior to working with participants.

Preferred qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

1+ year of experience working with intellectually disabled adults, prefer ILS experience, or special education training experience.

An appropriate combination of experience and education may be substituted for some part of the qualifications

Some evidence of competency in training areas we teach.

Reliable and safe transportation and auto insurance.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pre employment requirements:

CPR and First Aid training, or willingness to be trained within 90 days of employment.

Negative TB/Chest X-Ray (prior to employment).

Department Of Justice fingerprint clearance (prior to employment).

Physical Requirements:

While preforming the duties of this position, the employee is required to talk and hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach within arm's length; lift and move object weighing up to 40 pounds; possess visual activity; and possibly drive during their assigned work shift.

Pay is $16 per hour
