What You Need:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Business Data Analyst Role
Strong collaboration and communications skills, ability to engage with others
Advanced Excel skills
Strong capabilities in data modeling & mapping
Experience building process models, flowcharts, and data diagrams
Experience working in a modern data stack environment
Knowledge of SQL, ability to write complex queries against large datasets (preferred)
BI tool experience ideal, but not required
High-level of creativity, problem solving skills, ownership, integrity, transparency, and flexibility in working across large geographically distributed team structure
Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team
Experience working within ERP and CRM systems, such as Salesforce & NetSuite
The Opportunity:
The Business Systems Data Analyst will report to the Director of Data Strategy and will support our fast-growing company wide data initiatives. This person is responsible for supporting data quality, accessibility, and data connectivity. They will be responsible for supporting PDI data efforts by providing analysis to ensure data is consistent, accurate, meaningful, and compliant across applications. The role requires knowledge of end-to-end data processes to analyze, cleanse, and enrich data elements, and ensure that data flows efficiently and consistently between users and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with day-to-day data hygiene tasks across internal systems
Perform in-depth analysis across large, independent datasets (both structured and unstructured)
Interpret, manipulate, and unify complex datasets
Support identifying and facilitating the integration of data across PDI applications to ensure data integrity and harmonization across PDI systems
Collaborate closely with the other members of data team to ensure data integrity and governance by coordinating data management efforts across the organization
Perform ad hoc data analysis requests to support business needs
Understand key data requirements for teams across PDI and work to translate the requirements into system solutions
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and work to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely data
Perform data cleansing and provide solutions for resolution
Support data management projects for systems migration and integration with acquired businesses
Understand the overall data landscape, looking for new opportunities in collecting and analyzing data
