Your day at NTT DATA

The role of the Business Administrative Specialist is to acts as key support person to organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional administrative activities linked to client’s portfolio. They assist other team’s collaborators by performing all order and renewal related administration. They ensure that all purchases are processed correctly. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to achieve a successful order to cash process.

What you'll be doing

  • Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Validate and Process Orders: Your primary responsibility will be to ensure new orders are meticulously validated and accurately processed in our internal systems, adhering to company order intake policy.

  • Secure Renewal Orders: You will be the point of contact for securing renewal orders from clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and accuracy.

  • Coordinate Order Status: Facilitate communication with stakeholders to provide updates on order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back orders, ensuring smooth operations throughout the process.

  • Manage Pricing and Documentation: Present price quotations, complete order sheets, and verify the accuracy of each item listed. You will also be responsible for ensuring all commercial documents, such as client purchase orders, vendor quotes, and internal commercial documentation, are complete and accurate.

  • Data Integrity and Accuracy: Maintain a high level of data integrity and accuracy in relevant systems, making certain that all order and renewal documentation is correct and completed. Knowledge, skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrate client service orientation

  • Demonstrate high attention to detail

  • Display good planning and organisation skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent (validation of experience) Experience required:

  • 5 years of relevant related experience in a similar role such as administration support or order processing

  • IT knowledge is a plus

  • SAP
