Description: PROJECT: M365 (Provide technical delivery and risk management expertise across multiple global end-user facing products/services.) MUST HAVES:

• Risk management, user computing, productivity, user experience, Microsoft 365, service lifecycle development, project management

• It is key that candidates have experience managing risk tracking and risk mitigation across multiple enterprise products/services.

• ITIL methodology

• AGILE

• 3-5 years of project management

  Required Skills:

• General technology competencies and understanding

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in a related field

• 3-5 years of project management and related experience

• Knowledge of how to use general productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office applications

• Microsoft Windows and use of email and other collaboration tools and applications, i.e., Teams, Skype, etc.

• Understanding of technology terminology and concepts, i.e., email, IM, etc.

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

• Excellent analytical skills

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

• Agile/SCRUM methodology

• ITIL methodology

  Desired Skills:

• Working experience with productivity technologies such as email, instant messaging, collaboration, and security/compliance services

• Technology risk management and deliverable coordination
