Business Analyst (Level III) Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 2-3 Months Description: Vendors- this is not a technical or Project Mgmt role, more of an execution team type role The Business Support Manager will be responsible for coordinating strategic priorities, business operations, and business controls for one or more Global Risk functions. In addition the Business Support Manager will support the Global Risk Management (GRM) COO and/or members of the GRM Senior Leadership Team This role is within the GRM Resource Management and Onboarding Execution team that supports Global Risk and is responsible for resource management and execution of FTE, Contractors and Consultants globally. Responsibilities include: Leveraging a central SharePoint site (REBOT) that collects requests for new hires/contractors/consultants, partnering with hiring managers in Global Risk on hiring needs for multiple types of new hires Partner with regional staffing team and Pontoon to open new requisitions in Workday/Fieldglass for hiring managers Provide support to assigned Risk hierarchies in the REBOT tool Execute onboarding to enable day one readiness and ensure a standardized and consistent on-boarding experience for new hires Provide escalation and resolution of employee and contractor system access-related issues Promote user compliance of Global Information Security (GIS) policy and procedures Ensure timely completion of all required access reviews by facilitating Manager Access Review process Provide guidance to managers as they complete their employee / contractor access reviews Partnering with others on the team to assess best practices and to simplify and improve processes Leverage existing data and tools to support the needs of the Global Risk Management organization Candidate Requirements (Including Years): Required/Desired: Knowledge of Client systems (ARM, ART, and MyTechnology), strong Microsoft skills (SharePoint, excel) Ability to work well independently and with a team, be detail oriented, capable of working in a production environment and managing to deadlines, and driving for results Strong critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to balance risk / reward in the decision making process Ability to communicate professionally and interact with individuals at multiple levels across the organization Ability to multitask and prioritize work functions Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience Qualification Must Have Functional Risk Management Technical Microsoft Excel SharePoint As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA prides itself on creating an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons regardless of race, color, gender, age, sexual orientation, citizenship, or disability.
