Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Management: Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of all product lines, ensuring they align with business goals and market needs.

  • Innovation Leadership: Own the end-to-end process of bringing new products to market, from ideation and development to launch and evaluation.

  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with different teams, including R&D, marketing, and customer service, to ensure product strategies are integrated and executed effectively.

  • Client-Centric Development: Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring our products deliver value and meet their expectations.

  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to guide product development and positioning.

  • Team Development and Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of product managers and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Product Revenue Targets: Achievement of predefined revenue goals for each product line, demonstrating growth and market penetration.

  • Market Share and Revenue Growth: Expansion of market share and revenue for existing and new products.

  • Client Satisfaction and Retention: Levels of client satisfaction and retention rates, indicating the value and relevance of our product offerings.

  • Innovation and Launch Success: Number of successful product launches and their impact on the company’s position and growth.

  • Operational Efficiency: Enhancements in deployment efficiency and time-to-market for new products or services.

  • Team Development: Metrics related to team engagement, development, and their contribution to product strategy and company goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

  • At least 7 years of experience in product management within consulting, technology, or SaaS sectors, including substantial leadership responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated experience in deploying both technology-based solutions and people-based services, with a track record of measurable success.

  • Expertise in the full lifecycle of SaaS products, from conception through to development, launch, and scale.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, capable of inspiring teams and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
