Numerator Assoc. Implementation Manager in United States
The salary range for this role is $54,000 - $65,000/year + Bonus
The Implementation Team owns the Enterprise customer relationship during the first phase of their Numerator journey, ensuring an optimal experience as well as encouraging them to embrace change as they shift over from a previous panel data provider. Implementation Associates support Implementation Managers with data attribution and review as well as other customer facing activities that will meet the client needs as well as Numerator objectives.
A day in the life:
Project management support:
Serve as support to the Implementation Manager ensuring an optimal experience for our customers within the first phase of their Numerator Panel of Record partnership
Assist with driving the creation of content to be used when introducing and describing the implementation phase
Take requested client outcomes and find solutions using expertise of internal tools and data sets.
Lead data attribution, data review and QC:
Create data mapping files to ensure data attribution is complete and accurate, building the foundation for long-term success
Open tickets for Data team to build custom hierarchies and groups
Assist with custom hierarchy and custom project group QC
Support Implementation Manager in a client data review process that builds confidence in Numerator’s panel data, and take advantage of opportunities to improve understanding of Numerator’s data as necessary
Project Leadership:
Lead Implementation process for smaller and mid-sized Enterprise customers where applicable
Support internal stakeholders
Work closely with the Implementation Manager and Data team to ensure that critical milestones are being hit across Numerator solutions during the Implementation phase
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong track record of face-to-face client experiences with an ability to articulate objectives, goals & intended outcomes
Skilled at developing relationships with clients to become a trusted and value-added business partner
Desire to work collaboratively across a cross-functional team
Bonus points if you have these skills:
Strong project management skills and ability to walk people through an entire process, step by step
Strong presentation skills, particularly with training customers in a technological area
CPG experience in Brand Marketing, Market Research, Category Management, and/or Shopper & Consumer Insights roles, or experience as a service provider to these functions
Ability to challenge customers to embrace change and anticipate issues ahead of time
Knowledge of both syndicated and household panel data (Nielsen and/or IRI)
Working knowledge of enterprise software applications and services designed for the retail and consumer goods industries is highly valued (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, NPD, Dunnhumby)
Working knowledge of Business Intelligence software such as Microstrategy, Tableau, QlikView, or Business Objects
Expertise with one or more of Numerator’s products is advantageous
Proven analytic skills: conceptualizing, analyzing, deriving insights from data, and designing an execution plan to achieve success on our platform
