Minimum Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree from an ALA -accredited program of library or information science, or an international equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience providing information literacy instruction.

• At least 2 years of experience providing research and reference assistance to library users in an interdisciplinary environment.

• Demonstrated knowledge of health and human sciences, and general reference sources for these areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in a health, human sciences or related discipline, or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.

• Reference experience in an academic, governmental, hospital, industry, or non-profit library serving Health and Human Sciences practitioners.
