Assembler C Location: North Charleston, SC Duration: 6 months Description: Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools. Top 3-5 Technical/Software Skills needed to perform this role/job: Aircraft maintenance Systems repair Functional test/operational test Systems Installations IFE - In Flight Entertainment maintenance and test 7+ Years of Experience Aircraft maintenance Flight readiness A&P License (A&P is more of a hard preference rather than a requirement. Someone who has worked in the Aviation Industry could potentially not have their A&P but still be a good fit. Experience with exterior panels, paint, sealant, ti-foil Experience with composite repair Knowledge of aircraft systems (power, hydraulics, IFE (in-flight entertainment), troubleshooting Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
