Description:

• Agile coach position to support existing and new agile teams across Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology.

  Product Lifestyle Management:

• • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
• • Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
• • Experience in sustaining and scaling Agile Communities of Practices and participates in the Agile Center of Excellence.

• Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments

• • Experience in creating and delivering training content in a simple interactive manner for various roles in Scrum, XP, SAFe.
• • Should be a hands on passionate team player that can work at all levels across the organization.
• • Experienced in launching ARTS, Training teams, Coach ART execution.
• • Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
• • Strong leader, educator, coach and problem solver.
• • An excellent communicator and motivator
• • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• • Horizon tooling experience (JIRA, CICD Tooling, etc.)
• • Scrum Coach certification
• • Scrum Master certification
• • Experience coaching at large organizations (preferably Banking) or Fortune 500 companies
• • Computer Science background
