We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive i n a field-based, direct sales role responsible for both client retention as well as growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services. You will consult with various roles including C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by CBORD/Horizons retail and food & nutrition systems .

What You will Be Doing

  • Account management with a high focus on customer engagement and customer satisfaction.

  • Quota responsibility of $ 2 mm + of contract value within a sizeable territory of major customer accounts .

  • C onsistent execution of CBORDs sales methodology .

  • Account strategy planning and territory managemen t through onsite customer meetings and business reviews.

  • Manag e forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis .

  • Grow and m aintain competitive knowledge .

  • Learn i n-depth knowledge of CBORDs products and services .

  • Provide professional, fast, and thorough service to meet, or exceed , customer expectations.

  • Complete required territory reports accurately , independently, and promptly.

  • Attend industry tradeshows as assigned .

  • Assist with marketing activities as required.

    What You will Bring to the Table

  • D esire to WIN and great earning opportunity through our competitive commission program.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with proven consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment), with evidence of prior success in an outside Sales role .

  • Strong ability to a rticulate relevant communication with various buying roles including C-Suite within large enterprise organizations.

  • Gather market data and provide industry analysis.

  • Initiative-taking and execution-focused .

  • Demonstrated ability to develop both internal and external customer relationships.

  • Experience in Healthcare and/or Education sales a plus.

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferred .

    Who You will Work With

  • Daily/weekly interaction with an assigned inside representative, the Director for Healthcare Sales (West), and the Vice President of Healthcare Sales.

  • Solution requirements/demo planning with Solutions Architects, Product Management, and Professional Services.

  • Contract communications with Contracts Management and the Finance Team.

  • Must be able to work with executive level stakeholders internally and externally to grow relationships and identify/maximize opportunities.

    Whats Good to Know

  • 60% Travel is expected.

  • Agility required.

  • Full time/Exempt level position
