• Knowledge in Interior commodity – Hands on experience in Trims, Injection /blow Molding, Assembly, Ultrasonic / hot plate welding, HVAC assembly & Brazing is preferred.

• Facilitate Global Quality Challenges process

• Lead Warranty QOS process and drive continuous improvement at supplier place.

• Engage supplier partners at the corporate level to leverage supplier resources for warranty improvement.

• Drive resolution of external supplier process 1-3 MIS warranty concerns through containment and permanent corrective action at the supplier.

• Lead containment through completion of special cause supplier process 1-3 MIS BSAQ (Balanced Single Agenda for Quality) projects.

• Support Regional Quality status reporting by driving timely closure and accuracy of Top Warranty issues.

• Support FQR cadence by scheduling supplier reviews and follow up actions with supplier

• Support Regional Quality Meeting (i.e. REQR) cadence including preparation of support documentation. Notification to STA management for issues that require site STA awareness/intervention.

• Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering / B.Tech. (Mechanical / Industrial / Quality)

• 5 + Years of Experience in Automobile Industry

• Knowledge of Problem Solving and Quality systems and tools

• Experience in Quality systems, tools and techniques

• Supply/Crisis Management Experience

• Knowledge & Experience in manufacturing process(es) and process control

• Be proficient in English and to be able to work with global teams
