Cargill Shift Supervisor in Thailand
JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Shift Supervisor Trainee will technical monitor staff during production shift. Responsibility for safety, product quality, housekeeping and productivity. Follow the assignment of the superior.
Directly operate or technical supervise the operation of the whole production line, providing technical support all staff in the shift.
Responsible for the safety of people during their shift. Monitor and maintain proper safety requirements in the shift.
Monitor and maintain the product's quality according to the standard.
Other duties as assigned
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Experiência com gestão de processo produtivo, de equipamentos e sistemas de melhoria contínua.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
