Job Description Summary

This position is responsible for driving and attaining commercial growth objectives for Women's Health & X-ray (WHXR) related products in Thailand region. Working closely with region and country commercial leaders, product marketing, applications team, region and AKA WHXR product teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Also be responsible for developing KOLs, show-sites while understanding market needs.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will be accountable to drive commercial growth of their product portfolio, drive financial results and share gain as well as driving channel effectiveness, competence and reach in Thailand.

  • You will drive One GEHC account activities in collaboration with our local Managers and their teams of Account Managers and Modality Sales Specialists to deliver maximum business results and customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with the Channel Partner in enabling and driving business with both short and long-term priorities.

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth of Value Imaging business in Thailand market

  • Be the in-country expert for WHXR products and support the commercial team for pre-sales/post-sales activities and drive market share and win rate

  • Work with country sales leaders, Channel Partners and account teams to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities to meet sales, orders, and margin targets.

  • Work closely with marketing to lead, educate and coach the product and segment differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of our product portfolio for the concerned modality to both internal and external stakeholders

  • In collaboration with AKA regional marketing, roll out campaigns and builds world-class programs to drive market share improvement and localization of NPIs

  • Drive competency and training on strategy and product offerings for direct account team members and/or Channel Partners to increase win rate

  • Create business plan for Thailand including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies, distribution enhancement and installed base targets.

  • Manage existing installed base of WHXR products, ensuring that all customers are engaged and satisfied with product performance and support together with service and applications team.

  • Provide pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.

  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company.

  • Work closely with country strategic marketing teams to drive product awareness within country that will lead to additional focus and support to customers and patients.

  • Continuously develops strong relations to key opinion leaders in academics and other target segments.

  • Develops deep clinical and technical knowledge including awareness of current and future trends in healthcare technology and healthcare funding mechanisms.

  • Understands and analyses market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities for the country team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 5 -8 years selling experience in medical, healthcare, or technical field or Life Science field.

  • 5+ years’ experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals

  • Technical and Clinical expertise in Imaging modalities, X-ray and/or Mammography backgrounds preferred

  • Experienced in Sales / Marketing in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market and decision makers

  • Demonstrated business management and resources allocation skills including business plan development

  • Previous experience working with channel partners

  • General Finance knowledge, able to understand and analyze accounting reports, profit & loss, budgeting, and forecasting, etc.

  • Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture within a highly matrix environment

  • Proven track record in relationship building

  • Excellent presentation skills: able to present ideas to customers in a way that ensures understanding and impact

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare industry and exceptional knowledge of products and services offered within the modality

  • Understanding of clinical workflow and practice patterns
