About this Role

This position is to lead Customer Service activities for Global Export Business at HVAC Asia Pacific for residential, light commercial, VRF across all brands and Toshiba brand USX chillers. The products are manufactured at multiple factories in HVAC APAC and shipped to internal and external customers across the world. This role needs to interface with production planning and sales team to ensure orders are built into production schedule and emergency orders are expedited, as needed. It also needs close coordination and communication with the manufacturing team. This role shall also lead consolidating, tracking and reporting against key KPIs to the management periodically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team of customer service team for Global Export Business in Thailand, Japan and China.

  • Managing key processes in customer service across various locations in HVAC Asia Pacific. Order processing, Logistic, Export Control and SIOP

  • Developing KPIs, monitor performance, provide feedback, eliminate bottle necks and establish processes, policies and procedures.

  • Consolidate information / KPIs from all locations for the global Export Business centrally with periodic tracking and reporting.

  • Managing customer inquiries, complaints, comments and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

  • Rolling out NPS (Net Promoter Score) for each transaction, monitoring feedback and executing initiative to improve customer experience.

  • Continuously come up with new ideas and initiatives to drive efficiency and speed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field. MBA is a plus.

  • +10 years of experience in export business of products from Thailand to global markets (Electric product is preferred).

  • Good verbal & written English; Strong communication skills with and collaborative mindset.

  • Strong supervisory, people management and leadership skills
