We're seeking a dynamic, cross-functional thinker with a passion for making things happen. In this role, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to drive product launches, ensuring our offerings align with Lenovo's strategic goals.

This position will require a working knowledge of product offerings across hardware, software, and services as well as the functional processes used to bring these offerings into the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Solutions and Services Group (SSG) portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead end-to-end product portfolio launch processes across cross-functional teams.

  • Present project milestones and status updates to executive leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Develop and implement processes to streamline coordination across various go-to-market methods and functional teams.

  • Collaborate with Lenovo’s business units to strategize product availability in diverse markets.

  • Facilitate communication and negotiation between technical teams and executives to align with offering goals.

  • Proactively lead and adapt to changing business priorities, driving team productivity and process improvements.

  • Oversee comprehensive product launch execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Foster trusted partnerships across teams with differing priorities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management, preferably in IT or technology sectors.

  • PMI certification and Agile Development experience are preferred.

  • Proven experience in product launch and/or portfolio management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work with diverse teams.

  • Demonstrated adaptability to changing work environments and ability to manage complex problem-solving.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to interact effectively with all levels of management and sales.

  • Willingness to occasionally work non-regular hours to accommodate global time zones.

Base gross monthly salary from 2700 EUR , depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
