What you will do:

· Conduct comprehensive architecture assessments and define robust solutions

· Design and implement architectures that align with client goals and technical requirements

· Ensure the technical scope of projects is well-defined and executed

· Lead Quality Assurance reviews and support solutioning for new proposals

· Develop and advocate for long-term technology strategies

· Identify and implement services to enhance performance and capabilities

· Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth

Skills and experiences

· Proven ability to solve complex problems and create tailored solutions

· Experience with strategic decision-making and setting near-term goals

· Strong interaction skills with senior management and clients

· Ability to act independently and determine new methods and procedures

· Experience managing medium to large teams within a client or Avanade

· Excellent written and oral communication skills
