Summary:

Meta is seeking a seasoned Benefits professional to work in the APAC Benefits Strategy team. This role is responsible for managing and executing employee benefits programs across APAC, ensuring alignment with business objectives, competitiveness, and compliance with local regulations. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effectively and contribute to thought leadership and innovative solutions to a growing organization. This is a full-time role based in Singapore and reports to the APAC Compensation and Benefits lead.

Benefits Program Manager, APAC Responsibilities:

1. Support the strategic evolution of employee benefit programs, focused on taking care of our people and meeting the needs of a varied workforce.

2. Drive efficiency improvements to optimize the total benefits offering enhancing overall employee experience.

3. Assist in the qualitative and quantitative analysis and research on employee benefits related programs including developing key metrics to analyze programs and help shape design decisions using data.

4. Support the implementation of programs including working with the cross functional teams (HRBPs, Benefits Operations, Legal, Payroll, Tax) to develop the implementation strategy and roadmap.

5. Things can always be done better. This role will strive for efficiency, including process design in partnership with the People Operations team.

6. Design and implement effective communication and education strategies for benefits programs across APAC.

7. Partner with global benefit teams to ensure consistent rollout & adoption of global benefits philosophy across APAC

8. 7+ years experience in benefits design and delivery across APAC, ideally in fast growth performance driven cultures.

9. Good mix of hands-on, operational and design/strategy experience.

10. Exceptional analytical capabilities

11. A solid knowledge of international benefit programs from market positioning to administrative details.

12. Demonstrated proficiency in communication and facilitation, with a proven track record of establishing strong relationships and credibility with business leaders.

13. Proven track record of success in making well-informed decisions, articulate well-structured viewpoints, and support ideas with solid data

14. Demonstrated project management experience, and the experience in working on tight deadlines with multiple priorities, and across multiple countries.
