IHG Senior Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia

Join us on an exciting journey as a Senior Sales Manager at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carliton Almoaibed Hotel). We are seeking individuals with a collection of ambition, exceptional talent, and essential skills. This role demands someone who can spearhead sales initiatives, foster lasting relationships with guests, and guide a dynamic team towards surpassing revenue targets.

Part of your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses, establish ambitious sales targets, and devise effective revenue generation strategies.

  • Forge and maintain strong client relationships, adeptly negotiate contracts, and consistently identify fresh avenues for business expansion.

  • Collaborate closely with various hotel departments, actively participate in promotional endeavors, and contribute significantly to revenue strategy sessions.

  • Monitor sales performance meticulously, analyze relevant data, and generate insightful reports to assess the efficacy of implemented strategies.

What we expect from you:

  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales, preferably within the hospitality sector, with managerial experience being highly desirable.

  • Exceptional communication skills, adept negotiation abilities, and strong interpersonal acumen.

  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and adeptness in tracking sales performance metrics.

  • Ability to lead, inspire, and nurture a sales team effectively towards achieving shared goals.
