About the role

This position is for a Supply Chain Management Storekeeper who works under direct supervision. Collects and analyses basic data on a periodic basis. Develops basic communication materials. Develops routine reports detailing Supply Chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:

  • Works under direct supervision to assist with Supply Chain program management tasks.

  • Translates, distributes, and maintains limited-scope Supply Chain policy and procedure documents, manuals, and other related information.

  • Collects and analyses basic data on a periodic basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly) and helps to maintain Supply Chain data management systems.

  • Develops routine reports detailing Supply Chain activities.

  • Develops basic communication materials.

  • Tracks the status and documents the findings of small-scale Supply Chain projects

  • Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management software SAP.

  • Order, receive and document new stock, ensuring its adequate storage

  • Working in both showroom and warehouse

  • Ensure compliance with inventory processes and procedures

Requirements

We are looking for people who as a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field

  • 2 Years experience in supply chain management

  • Fluent in English writing, reading, and speaking.
